Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Transfrd Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

Transfrd provides software and tools that enable the secure transfer and swapping of tickets and bookings. Transfrd does not own, issue or guarantee tickets unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

4. Accounts and Verification

Users may be required to create an account and complete verification steps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Transfers and Swaps

• All listings must be accurate and lawful.
• Users are responsible for ensuring tickets or bookings are valid.
• Transfers and swaps are facilitated by the Platform but occur between users or between a user and a partner.
• Transfrd may invalidate and reissue access credentials where technically possible.

6. Fees

Transfrd charges platform fees as disclosed at the point of transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• List fraudulent or invalid tickets
• Circumvent platform safeguards
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with platform security or functionality

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where these Terms are breached or where required to protect users, partners or Transfrd.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Platform, including software, branding and content, belongs to Transfrd or its licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Platform.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Transfrd is not liable for losses arising from events, venues or third-party providers.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to Transfrd in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Transfrd against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
